Born July 10, 1975, Weymouth, Massachusetts.
Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts. Graduated in 1997, with a major in Painting, a minor in Art History, and a concentration in Sculpture. Studied with Alfred Leslie, Margaret McCann, and John Walker.
Professional Experience:
1997: Muralist for Art Street Program, part of re-beautification of Boston’s North
End Freedom Trail.
1997-1998: Cotton Duck Cooperative Gallery, Boston, Massachusetts. Co-owner and
curator.
1999-2000: Art instructor at Mt. Blue Middle School in Farmington, Maine.
1999-2001: Local 188 Gallery, Portland, Maine. Exhibitor.
2000: Bowdoin College Fishbowl Gallery. Group exhibition with artists Robert
Colburn and Matthew Meyer, entitled “Gumption Junction”.
2001-2002: Illustrator for Casco Bay Weekly and Portland Phoenix.
2002: Thomas College Art Gallery. Group exhibition with Louis Meyer and
Matthew Meyer, entitled “Recent Work”.
